How to request a quote
Fill in the form with your name, phone number, email and project address. Tell us what you're renting: portable toilets, dumpsters, storage containers, handwashing stations, restroom trailers, temporary fencing or septic pumping. Add the rental duration and how many units you need. If you don't know the count yet, describe what's happening on site. Henderson Porta Pros asks about ground conditions because placement matters. Soft ground needs different prep than concrete. Add any special requests: ADA accessible units, deluxe models, weekend delivery, or tight site access that might need a smaller truck. Hit submit and watch your email.
You can also call directly and talk through your job. A real person picks up. They'll ask about your timeline, your site layout, and whether you've rented from us before. If you're under a time crunch, say so. Henderson Porta Pros handles same-day delivery on standard porta potty rentals and dumpsters when the schedule permits. Weekend service costs more. Seasonal events and construction jobs book out, so the sooner you reach out, the better your slot.
What information helps us quote faster
OSHA 1926.51(c) sets toilet facility requirements based on worker count: one toilet for 20 workers or fewer, and one per 40 workers above that. Tell us how many people will be on site during peak hours. For construction dumpster rentals, describe what goes in. Soil, concrete and mixed debris weigh different amounts. For septic tank pumping, tell us the tank size and how long since the last pump. A residential septic tank is typically pumped every 3 to 5 years depending on household size and tank volume. For events in Henderson, give us the guest count and event duration. For restroom trailers, note whether you need hot water, since that changes the trailer size and cost.
Ground access matters. A standard portable toilet is about 44 by 48 inches on the ground and 92 inches tall. Tell us if your site has tight gate widths, narrow alleyways, or soft soil where delivery needs extra time. Henderson Porta Pros can work with space constraints but we need to know upfront. Utility lines underground change where we can place equipment. If you're tearing up pavement or digging, flag it. If your site requires ADA accessible portable toilets, ADA Standards section 213.2 says at least 5 percent of single-user units must be accessible, and never fewer than one. We'll factor that into the count.

What happens after you submit
Henderson Porta Pros will call or email within 24 hours with a quote. The quote shows the unit type, rental duration, service fees, and delivery cost separate. If you're renting multiple things, each line item is clear. Ask questions. Some customers want to know how often porta potties get cleaned, whether the unit has a hand sanitizer dispenser, or what handwashing stations require in Henderson. We answer all of it. A quote is good for 7 days unless the season or your dates change. Once you say yes, we'll confirm your delivery window and send you placement instructions. Call back if your needs shift. Moving a delivery date or adding a unit takes one phone call.
How long does a quote take?
24 hours most of the time. Same-day quotes happen when you call before noon on a weekday. Weekends and holidays add a day.
Do you quote jobs outside Henderson?
Yes. We serve Whitney 9.5 miles north and Enterprise 13.8 miles west. Las Vegas is 28.3 miles northwest.
Can I get a quote for a weekend delivery?
Yes. Weekend service in Henderson costs more than weekday rental. We'll show both prices on the quote.
What if I don't know how many toilets I need?
Tell us the worker count or guest count and we'll calculate it. OSHA 1926.51(c) and event standards guide the math.
Is there a fee to get a quote?
No. Request a quote online or call. There's no charge and no obligation.
